In this new role you will support the Sales Operations Manager with the development of a structured competence center for the analysis and reporting of all sales activities.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

• Focus on our core markets (BeNeFraLux)
• You are responsible for the base and trendlines for the forecast accuracy of our customers
• Follow up of the monthly budget of the sales department including creation of the PO’s
• Creation of a standard template to rework monthly or quarterly data sharing
• Assist in setting the targets in collaboration with the CSM’s (Country Sales Managers)
• Set up the automized tracking system and monitoring of the weekly KPI’s and present them in the field meetings
• You are the SPOC for the PO process in sales team
• Process owner of the data process in Odoo for sales (CRM Expert) -> take the lead on the process, train new people, manage the requested changes in the ERP-system
• Ensure correct information in the CRM
• Analyse the monthly data dump of sales and identify white spots for sales to prepare for the monthly sales performance review
• You are eager to stay up to date with what happens in the field and join your sales colleagues once a month for a field visit
• Keep up to date with the macroeconomic trends related to our sector
• Work on different projects: e.g. further development of dashboards, data cleaning process, etc…

What we expect from you:

• You have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree
• You have minimum 3 years working experience
• You are business minded and a strong communicator
• You have always been the “good with numbers” kinda person and love solving problems
• Your friends would describe you as an analytical master mind with a great eye for detail while keeping that helicopter view
• Have strong numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills with eye for detail, at same time maintaining a general overview
• Analysing and crunching data gives you a massive kick
• You love to stay up to date with the latest IT innovations and have an advanced knowledge of MS Office, Power-BI
• You are a real sponge when it comes to soaking up knowledge
• The name Odoo rings a bell? That’s an extra plus
• Last but not least, you are passionate about your job
• You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch are a plus
