Your role

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in close collaboration with the technical teams, you will develop Percall Group’s customer portfolio in Benelux, provide digital transformation solutions (PLM, MOM, IoT, AR) and manage the local team.

Your responsabilities

  • Participate in the business development in the Benelux countries
  • Develop and implement a ‘Go To Market’ model
  • Develop a marketing and communication strategy
  • Engage with prospective customers through a variety of communication channels
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for building offers
  • Negotiate and defend complex offers
  • Drawing up, executing and monitoring contracts (during sales and project phases)
  • Manage the existing team, supervise prospecting and motivate to achieve sales targets
  • Build stable relationships with our customers
  • Maintain relationships with our software publisher partners
  • Ensure responsibility for the quota and the AOP (Annual Operating Plan)

Skills and experience

  • Significant experience in the software sector in industry (sales, pre-sales, consultant, etc.)
  • At least 5 years selling IT projects (service and/or licence), ideally PLM/MOM or IoT solutions
  • Key accounts
  • Team management
  • Digital transformation projects
  • English and Dutch (very good oral and written skills)
  • French is an asset

Regular travels to Benelux countries to be expected.
