Key Responsibilities:

Establish, monitor, and uphold high standards of safety and quality across all site activities.
Supervise construction operations, coordinating labour, plant, machinery, and materials.
Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Support the Project Manager in managing and overseeing on-site personnel within your designated area.
Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is delivered to specification and schedule.
Take a leadership role on site, ensuring all work is carried out in line with the site safety plan and regulations.
Maintain discipline, address incidents promptly, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Plan and allocate labour and material resources required for your scope of work.
Apply previous experience in either MEP or CSA packages to drive successful delivery.
Inspect all materials prior to installation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Contribute to the successful handover of systems to the client.
