The role

At OnTracx, we’re on a mission to help runners stay injury-free & to inspire them to break through their own barriers - and we’re looking for a creative Social Media & Content Marketeer to help us tell that story.

You’ll be the voice behind our brand, blending sharp copy with eye-catching visuals to educate, inspire, and engage our core audiences: runners, healthcare professionals, & running coaches. From top-of-funnel brand awareness to conversion-focused content, you’ll own and execute our content strategy across the full funnel. Via our owned channels, you’ll bring insights to life across a variety of formats — from short-form videos and social posts to educational guides and email campaigns.

In this role you’ll partner with our commercial lead & performance marketeer to make your content count in lead generation campaigns and drive product adoption.

Have experience in coaching or clinical care? That’s a big bonus. We collaborate daily with physiotherapists and coaches, so hands-on expertise from the field is incredibly valuable in understanding their needs and shaping the right message & tone of voice.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect our content strategy to a concrete content roadmap & planning.
  • Map out content themes for recurring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Stay close to the voice of the customer and our markets to align messaging to each segment and ensure a consistent tone of voice across channels.
  • Translate complex clinical or biomechanical insights into clear and actionable stories in English & Dutch.
  • Adapt content to different touchpoints - organic, paid, email, website, and test formats for performance in collaboration with a performance marketeer.
  • Dive into data analytics to shape and refine content & organic social media marketing efforts.
  • Keep things organized and detail-oriented, ensuring top-notch delivery.
  • Be a self-starter, eager to learn and tackle challenges head-on.
What you bring
  • Strong copywriting skills – you can write clearly and persuasively in both English and Dutch.
  • Strategic understanding of content’s role in the buyer journey (TOFU-MOFU-BOFU).
  • Ability to simplify technical or clinical concepts into stories that resonate.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset – you experiment, measure, and optimize with intention.
  • Energetic, hands-on attitude with a knack for independent problem-solving.
  • Not afraid of using new technologies to facilitate your work.
  • Prior experience in marketing and communication is a plus (but not essential).
Nice to haves
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, ...)
  • Prior experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, ...)
  • Prior experience with content management systems (Webflow)
  • Prior experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Answer the public, ...)
  • Prior experience with video (editing)
  • Background in physiotherapy, sports coaching, or movement science
