Your tasks


  • Carrying out analyses for the integration of large customers with local Belgian applications by means of the SD Worx platform called Sparc.
  • Gather and analyse the requirements for customer payroll tools.
  • Support our implementation consultants when they set up and support the customer integrations
  • Functional and acceptance testing of the integration solutions
  • Modelling functional descriptions in collaboration with the product owner and the whole team
  • Active participation in the communication about the developed functionality to the target group / stakeholders

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business or technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Interest and/or experience in Payroll technology and processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • problem-solving skills and a desire to delve into details
  • Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course
  • Pragmatic focus on outcome and goal achievement
  • Commitment to achieving sprint and squad goals
  • Willing to work in a multicultural/international environment and have sufficient knowledge of English (B level)
