Global Manufacturing Digital Engineering Lead - Any US or EU PetCare Hub

Our Mars Digital Supply Chain Transformation is now accelerating to maximize the value we create and capture for our business. For Mars Petcare, our Smart Factory transformation is accelerating to focus on our digital ambition to make our factories smart, seamless, and touchless. We will enable this through four strategic pillars: Manufacturing Control Tower, Self-Optimizing Plants, Robotics & Automation, and Connection Associate.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation into Supply programs.

TheGlobal Digital Engineering Leadis:

• Creating the global strategy to sustain the benefits from the Smart Factory transformation and other digital initiatives by integrating it into existing global/regional engineering ways of working. This includes EWP and other signature processes.
• Defining the digital engineering function using internal and external references
• Partnering with GPET, R&D, DT, and other functions to define the “Factory of the Future” and enablers
• Leading the cultural and functional change to make digital an integral part of the global engineering and overall supply function
• Developing a digital engineering strategy with our suppliers to provide equipment that is “digital ready” and managing these relationships
• Responsible for defining priorities & leading fundamental execution of activities to accelerate global adoption of Digital Engineering
• An active member of the Global Engineering community including the regional engineering/project teams – partnering directly with the Global Engineering Leadership Team (GELT) to align regional/global needs and requirements and deploy global standards
• Managing the overall digital portfolio of solutions across all Smart Factory pillars, tracking development of standards, and tracking change management
