Univercells technologies is developing a new generation of biotech equipment (Scale-X and NevoLine) and to move forward with the expansion of our innovative products we are looking for an experiencedIT Business Partner.

Based In Nivelles, you will join a collaborative team of passionate change-makers. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

YOUR MISSION

You proactively identify the needs and manage the portfolio of projects. You analyze the business processes to (re)design technical systems and business models in line with defined mission and strategic objectives. You facilitate interactions and communication across departments and projects, and you play a central role in standardizing the approach towards selection of most adequate solutions and effective planning of their implementation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Process Management and continuous improvement:
• You advise the business on IT strategic moves and improvement opportunities.
• You are responsible for consolidating all identified business processes and IT related needs for the company.
• You define the new solutions and/or improvements priorities together with the business owner and the management for the implementation of projects.
• You provide advice on how to optimize business processes, leveraging tools and systems.
• You are responsible to prepare and follow-up on the company’s IT budget and reporting to management.
• Business Analysis & Project Management
• You actively listen to the voice of the business, analyze, clarify, and translate their needs into business requirements and design of related processes.
• You support the company digital development and transformation. You provide possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy. You raise awareness of information technology innovations and potential value to a business by approaching problems with curiosity and an open mind.
• In conjunction with Procurement, you conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for solution selection.
• You advise the business owners and the end users in the implementation or configuration of the chosen solution.
• You participate in the training and documentation of the selected solution.
• You apply best practices of project management methodologies, tools and processes to manage projects, optimizing costs and resources usage.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree in Business Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field,
• Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar role as a IT Business partner, IT manager, IT project manager,
• Industry experience with moderate to high quality regulated businesses a plus (pharma, medical, microelectronics, automotive, etc.)
• You are a conceptual thinker with problem-solving capabilities but keep the pragmatic ability to get things done
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and synthetic thinking.
• You have proven leadership skills in a matrix organization and are assertive.
• Knowledge of an ERP (accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales), applications and process flow, specifically focused on operational processes (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) You have a proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• You have analytical skill and are capable to formalize processes.
• You have experience in IT system implementation. You can analyze, interpret, and challenge technical documentation, and technical procedures related to existing or new digital solution.
• Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, eager to learn and to evolve in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English and French.
