We’re looking for talented interns to join our Corporate Financeteam as from September 2022.

Are you a Bachelor’s or Master’s student or a recent graduate with a keen interest in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)? At PwC, we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at ‘the best business school in the world’ by actively supporting the Corporate Finance | M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process.

What you’ll learn and do

  • Valuations, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and multiples analyses

  • Pitch documentation

  • Market research

  • Various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums, long lists, etc.)

Who you are

  • Final year Master student

  • Outstanding academic record

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus

  • Any prior experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or related finance positions is an advantage

  • Eye for detail and uncompromising on quality

  • Proactive and problem solver

  • Team player

  • Results-oriented and willing to go the extra mile

  • Eager to learn

  • Demonstrated interest in finance

  • Multitasker

  • Available for a period of 3 months minimum

Skills you’ll develop throughout your internship

  • Valuation and modelling skills

  • Practical deals experience by being on the front lines of M&A

  • Sharpen your Excel and PowerPoint skills
