We are hiring an IS Tester for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As IS Tester you will be responsible for:

• Elaboration and definition of test plans, test strategies.
• Elaboration and definition of test case.
• Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
• Tests coordination and execution (manual, automated tests).
• Preparation and reporting the test results.
• Providing application support and trainings to the end-users

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, principles, and strategies, test management process, defect management.
• Good knowledge of testing technologies related tools (eg. JIRA, Confluence).
• Capacity to write clear and structural technical documents (test plans, test strategies, test cases, test reports, etc).
• Knowledge of business modelling and tools (UML, Visio,..).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements to test cases.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application development.
• Capability to persevere in retesting solutions.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team.

Specific expertise (would be a plus)

• Basic knowledge of Justice and/or Consumers EU policies objectives.
• Basic knowledge of Justice and/or Consumers related public IT systems.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (Ranorex, Selenium) and/or ISTQB certification.
• Professional experience in a legal organisation or department.

Language

Excellent written and oral command of English and/or French
