Our client is a multinational company that produces tapes, vinyl, touch panel related products, insulation, and several other suchlike products with production sites all over the globe, offices for EMEA region located in Leuven.

Functieomschrijving

  • You will be responsible for the follow-up of IT Projects within a pre-set timeline, goal scope and budget. IT Projects will be dedicated by the Change Manager, your task will be to ensure a successful implementation;
  • You will manage the ICT part of business projects or ICT projects that are not out-tasked or outsourced;
  • You will manage project resources;
  • You will report about the status, progress, … to the project sponsor of hierarchy : business process owner, business sponsor, business project leader, etc.;
  • Together with the Change Manager you will define the scope and tasks, for each project;
  • You will follow up on execution and execute tasks in the project;
  • You will apply methodology as requested by governance;
  • You will report to the Change Manager.

Vereiste ervaring

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree and you have experience in IT;
  • Having some experience in working within an international context is a strong plus;
  • You have the willingness to travel (within the EMEA region);
  • You have preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have project management skills, certificates in project management is a plus;
  • You have a hands-on approach, you are structured and well organized by nature;
  • Having experience in SAP is a plus;
  • You are a natural communicator, you are goal oriented and you respect deadlines;
  • You are excellent in building networks and long term relationships;
  • You have a can-do attitude and you have an eye for risks and dependencies;
  • You are a natural team player with an ambitious mindset;
  • You are fluent in English, being fluent Dutch is a plus.
