Tasks

  • Service and project management.
  • In collaboration with the team, participate in developing business at the European Institutions within established framework contracts.
  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with dedicated EU customers or potential customers.
  • Management of all parties involved in project delivery: team, customer and other departments within the company.
  • Risk management
  • Client management
  • Continuous improvement
  • Forecasting and financial management of the projects
  • IT business development in the area
Qualifications


Requirements:


  • Higher education degree;
  • 5 years of experience in IT consulting and experience managing teams;
  • Fluency in English and French, written and verbal is a must;
  • Experience working in Public Sector;
  • Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to multitask against tight deadlines and under pressure; ability to deal with ambiguity;
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to lead and structure work;
  • High level of overall credibility; ability to garner the respect of leadership and the broader practice community;
  • Great people leadership and people development skills;
  • Strong communication skills; ability to lead meetings and drive the agenda; capable of advocating for the practice across various settings;
  • Availability to travel in Benelux region.
