We are currently seeking a qualified IT Resilience Manager. This critical role focuses on ensuring the continuity of IT operations and encompasses Major Incident Coordination, Problem Management, and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
Please find below a summary of the key requirements:
Experience:5–10 years in IT operations within complex environments, with strong expertise in incident and resilience management.
Certifications:ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (MSF certification is a plus).
Skills:Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Omnitracker), analytical and leadership skills.
Languages:Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of the other. Professional English is required.
Other:Ability to work cross-functionally, handle pressure, and lead critical incident resolution efforts. Flexibility for out-of-hours availability in case of major incidents.
The candidate should also have a background in DR planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement
Key Responsibilities :
Major Incident Coordinator
Manage and coordinate ~10 major IT incidents per year impacting critical business
services.
Lead a dedicated taskforce for troubleshooting and resolution.
Communicate incident updates promptly to stakeholders and users.
Organize and manage change requests (CR management, CAB validation,
deployment).
Document incidents thoroughly and perform post-incident analysis in the ITSM tool.
Lead problem resolution efforts to address root causes.
Problem Manager
Own and improve the Problem Management process aligned with ITIL 4.
Ensure consistent application across IT teams and service providers.
Monitor process performance via KPIs and SLAs.
Work cross-functionally with Process Owners, Team Leads, and technical teams.
Drive awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Manager
Develop and maintain DRPs for systems and data.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure regular backups of critical assets.
Plan and test DR scenarios for business continuity.
Train staff and coordinate with vendors for disaster recovery preparedness.
