My client, a company in fully expansion is looking to hire a skilled IT Support & Field Engineer to assist their clients with all IT related technical support issues.

Job description

Be the first point of contact for coordinating user problems resolution
Responding to client IT support requests.
Assist end-users directly or escalate issues to other team members when necessary
Maintain, support and troubleshoot: computers, servers, printers, VoIP, Wi-Fi, MDM, network infrastructure e.g.
Installing and configuring client computer systems.
Ensuring mass deployment based on Group’s Standards.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees.
Maintaining good client relations.
Tracking and managing work records.
Compiling job reports.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
French / Dutch / English written ans spoken
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and IP-based protocols.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Good time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically.
