1st line support agent for our service desk at clinic St Jean in Brussels.
  • Someone who is perfectly bilingual, FR/NL
  • Someone who ideally already has some experience in 1st line work
  • General broad IT knowledge, Windows, Office365, Basic Network knowledge, Telephony, Printers, AD, Citrix
  • Team player
  • Working hours Mon-Fri in shifts between 08.00 and 18 hours
  • Fast learner on the job
  • multifunctional, not only telephone support, but also on-site support (helping users,

patching, printers)
  • A very varied job with a lot of room for initiative
  • To replace a long-term absence
  • Duration, 3 months with option for extension

  • About 2300 users
  • 800 tickets per month (incidents, service requests)
  • Helpdesk team of 8 people, of which 5 are general support and the others are specialised in Citrix servers, telephony, hospital-specific software, etc.
