Under the responsibility of your Team Leader:

Ensures the collection of private and corporate debts on behalf of our clients and own account.
With you we want to help people to become debt free. It is your job to negotiate with debtors over the phone and to reach payment agreements that meet the expectations of all parties involved.
With the help of our debtor management software you will always have access to the most recent data, enabling you to analyse the debtor’s financial situation and propose individual solutions.
We support you with intensive onboarding, training and individual coaching.

Your profile

You are fluent in both the Dutch and French languages (level B2)
You have a good command of telephone negotiation techniques
Your analytical, listening and negotiating skills enable you to find a solution to maintain a quality relationship with the customer.
Your discipline and your sense of organisation enable you to manage a debtor’s file.
You also stand out for your dynamism, your powers of persuasion and your desire to take on new challenges.
You are flexible in terms of working hours.
You are flexible in responding to different demands, approach your tasks in a structured way and are a real team player.
