We’re looking for an experienced HRBusiness Partnerwho will own the people strategy for the European part of Business. Your role will be acting as a strategic partner to advise and consult with senior business leaders for the entire people lifecycle.

Whilst you will be part of the leadership team of the business, you will also be part of the wider AB InBev People Team. You will regularly meet with other People Partners and the European People Director to continue raising the bar on the people/HR team. You will be empowered to work autonomously, interpreting People principles to achieve the best outcomes for the team.

You will be single point of contact for the respective scope and drive the full people agenda in this scope including financials (people package follow-up). You will also be responsible to deliver strategic and advisory services to managers and supervisors within business area, to perform the role of technical people (HR) expert in the area of staffing (re-sourcing/outsourcing) and training and development.

The role:
  • Work as a strategic partner with the leadership and the AB InBev People team
  • Own the people lifecycle within your business area
  • Lead the recruitment as we grow and onboard new employees
  • Drive engagement initiatives, making sure action plans are in place to drive positive change and creativity
  • Empower and up-skill managers and the whole team through training and inspiration
  • Handle employee relation cases
  • Drive all areas of performance reviews and goal setting
  • Develop a strong network across Europe AB InBev organization

Who we’re looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar role
  • You have a passion to deliver a world class people experience and you love creativity and diversity of thought
  • Experience as a generalist in HR, knowledge of Belgian labor law
  • Highly structured, strong attention to details
  • Knowledge of people support tools
  • Effective communication skills and organizational skills
  • High customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, other European languages would be an asset
