About Our Client

A growing international company active in the cosmetics sector and located in Zaventem.

Job Description

As the HR generalist of the cosmetics company you will be responsible for:
  • Internal recruitment from A-Z
  • Onboarding
  • Internal HR communication
  • HR administration (contracts, insurances...)
  • Coordination of internal events and trainings
  • Prepare payroll and manage final payout with the support of a social security service
The Successful Applicant
  • You have a bachelor in HR, communication, languages or any other relevant field
  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch
  • A first experience in recruitment is a plus
  • You are open minded, sociable, and people oriented
  • Excellent communication, honesty, and efficiency define you
