The HRIS Analyst will join the HROM program within Delhaize Belgium which will introduce the use of a new Global SAP SuccessFactors system for all Core HCM and Talent Management related processes.

In this role and reporting to the BLADE Project Manager, the HR IS Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing processes and solutions within the area of Core HCM (= HR Master Data and lifecycle events), Compensation & Benefits and satellite technologies (electronic employee file, digital signature, etc..). Besides that, the analyst will also be included in the data migration and technical integration (= interfacing) tracks.

  • Functional analyst with focus on HR
  • Experience with Core HCM, Comp. & Ben and interfacing. A first experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
