Role :ICT Contract Manager - ITBM Unit

Location :Schaerbeek, Brussels Region, Belgium

Duration :4 months

Description :

As ICT Contract Manager, your mission will be to help the different services of Etnic for the management of programs within the institution by:
- Defining the profiles sought
- Managing team compositions
- Accompaniment of project managers for the choice of profiles to be recruited

We are looking for a collaborator, who will work at the crossroads of HR and IT. He
support management and operational activities across IT projects (including review of existing and future HR processes).
He will have to help screen and define the profiles of the IT professionals necessary for the implementation of the projects.
In addition, the candidate will have the responsibilities described below:
• Translate IT needs into projects and work in close collaboration with the
IT and HR managers.
• HR & HR IT experience with experience in public administration environments.
• Ensures that all assignments comply with legal and internal quality standards.
• Manages and develops relations with project teams and plays the interface with external actors of the institution interacting with these projects.
• Detects and analyzes potential resource problems and formulates clear solutions.
Recommends best practice solutions in alignment with strategic objectives and related to future processes.
• Works within a matrix managed team and must be flexible and mobile.
• Can work in project mode when needed and is a real problem solver
• Acts with discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with contacts
internal and external and senior management.
• Experience
o Change management (3 years of experience)
o HR manager (3 years experience)
