Mission and key tasks

The mission of this internship is to develop innovative grain and seed-based products that enable customers to enrich their bakery applications with grains and seeds, adding improved quality, taste, convenience, and nutritional value.

As an intern, you will:

  • Design and execute lab and pilot-scale trials to create and improve grain and seed products
  • Evaluate product performance in final applications, including baking and sensory testing.
  • Work independently, take ownership of your project, and manage your own planning.
    • Collect, interpret, and report results to support product development.

Education

Master student in Bioengineering, Food Technology, or related field

    Work Experience

    Lab or pilot-scale experience is a plus
