As Personal Assistantyou will provide administrative and organizational support to the Director E&M (Engineering & Maintenance) and Director SM&P (Supplier Management & Procurement). A challenging and varied job for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills!


How You Will Make An Impact


  • In this position you take care of the daily organizational support of both directors. The following tasks fall under your responsibility: agenda management, drafting and managing correspondence, management of expenses, HR approvals, invoices, bookings, distribution lists, ...
  • Organize, plan, assist and follow-up of internal and external meetings and webinars, create online events, as well as organize social events
  • Basic data management: collecting information, entering data and updating existing files with new information
  • You will take care of the necessary communication towards the teams and ensure the team connection, you will participate in social media activities and organize team buildings


What You Will Bring


  • Bachelor degree - Office Management - or Bachelor thinking level
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus!
  • You work easily with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and you’re strong on IT level
  • You are a real multitasker with good organizational skills, stress resistant and flexible to tasks
  • Social, discrete, punctual and precise
  • You can identify yourself with the TUI values
