Your challenge:

As a payroll transformation manager, you will have a key role in our payroll transformation project. You will be responsible to prepare for the go-live of our new in house payroll model (from testing to change management to prepare for go-live) this in close collaboration with our operational payroll team, our solutions colleagues & other stakeholders in our people and business teams.

You will be involved in other payroll projects such as further integration of workday & workforce management implementation.

You take the initiative from day one, you speak out and your career grows faster than you thought possible.

Activities:

• ’Because we’ve always done it this way’, you think is a bad excuse. You are eager to get to know our current processes and use this accumulated knowledge to develop new processes or optimize the current ones
• Your analyses, based on facts & figures, are the basis for your never-ending stream of ideas for optimization.
• When a problem has multiple solutions, your impact and risk analysis will help us make a well-founded decision.
• Changes in social legislation, in the sector and new collective agreements are part of your field of interest and you follow them closely. You know how to translate these into changes in our processes and systems so that they are compliant
• You excel at communicating and connecting with various stakeholders (people business partners, time managers, master data teams, managers, employees).
• You are like a spider in the web between the stakeholders and our internal team of developers. You are able to translate functional changes towards the developers.
• You love being part of every part of a project, from analysis to test to bring live, train and communicate and you use KPI’s to track the progress.
• You love a project way of working and you love to explore other methodologies such as agile scrum. That you can perform the above tasks in an agile scrum environment
