A quick overview of your potential new job

As a Recruiter you recruit and select talented candidates for the vacancies at Eurofiber Belgium and group. You offer support to the Hiring Managers and are the contact person between the Hiring Manager and the candidate. You manage the interview process from start to finish. The Manager Talent Acquistion working from our office in the Netherlands will be your Manager. At the office in Belgium you will form a team together with the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Creating an attractive job description based on the information giving by the hiring manager;
  • Search for suitable candidates and profiles through various channels. You will find new sourcing methods to fill the vacancies and pipeline faster than ever.
  • Planning and conducting interviews;
  • Proactively advise during recruitment process, discuss assessments results;
  • You accelerate the collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders;
  • Keeping the ATS up to date and assisting the candidate during the interview process;
  • Proactively take initiatives to improve our recruitment practices.

You also have:

  • a completed bachelor education;
  • minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruiter;
  • affinity with the telecom sector;
  • you are proactive and eager to learn;
  • you have strong communication, sourcing and interviewing skills;
  • you like to work in a team, but you also feel comfortable working independently;
  • you are fluent in English and Dutch. French is an advantage.
