For our Talent team within the Risk Advisory department, we are currently looking for a Talent Manager.
Impactful sparring partner
- You build a strong and sustainable relationship with your business leadership team to gain credibility as a sparring partner regarding talent topics
- You work together with your business leadership on specific talent management topics, such as retention, adoption of new talent initiatives, performance & reward management, strategic workforce planning, etc.
- You show the ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying broader talent challenges, and turn them into talent action plans
- You work closely with the central Reward, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to stay informed and follow-up on requests and issues for your service line
- As a digital and tech savvy talent professional you are able to get all stakeholders on board when it comes to the implementation and use of a new tech solution in Talent Management processes
- You analyze (people) data and translate the outcome to valuable and actionable insights which you share and discuss with your business
- Together with our talent team, you will take our employee experience to the next level in order to strengthen individual, team and company performance
- You support business leaders in change management and coach them to act as fully-fledged people managers
- You work closely with your business leaders to create a stimulating and purpose driven culture in your service line
- You keep up with (new) talent trends & knowledge, and translate this to valuable content in order to inspire your business leadership
- You have 10 years of experience and 5 years as HR generalist or HR Business Partner
- You have a solid experience in project management
- You show a deep interest in talent data and have strong analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills and can easily build relationships at every level of the organization
- You are flexible, like to act pro-actively and have the ability to work in a changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French
