We are looking for a young talent in our commercial department who will be responsible for Commercial Excellence.

What will you do?

• Initiate & drive Commercial Excellence activities within HEN globally. The position is based in Houthalen (B)
• Commercially support the introduction of products, improving their active usage of existing products at (existing) customers.
• Create specific marketing and presentation tools together with the Product Application managers
• Work out sales & distribution strategies for specific customer & market segments
• Analyze sales results in detail (per product, per country) to identify further sales potential
• Set-up & maintain a forecasting system for new business
• Create, structure, coordinate, & maintain market, competitor & customer information
• Monitor pricing activities (price lists, maintenance in SAP)
• Coordinate & support CRM activities
• Set up & manage training academy & calendar

Who are we looking for?

• MSc in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or similar
• A first working experience preferably on consultancy projects
• Fluent in English (orally and in writing), preferably Dutch and additional languages are a plus
• Experience with digital tools
• Proactive, communicative, growth-mindset, structured, can-do enthusiastic, open-minded, collaborative, creative, takes initiative
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
