Global Vaccines Supply Chain Finance team is made of 6 people to cover Core Commercial Cycle, Inventory & Write off, Distribution costs for End-to-End Supply chain, Trade compliance and intercompany Trading activities; all of this for Global GSK Vaccines (Vx) business.

Reporting to the finance director of Vaccines Supply Chain, the Intercompany Specialist is responsible for the transfer prices used to invoice all vaccines along the supply chain, as well as for the trade routes used and the values for customs. This function also acts as a partner for Supply Chain projects impacting the trading model.

Your Responsibilities
  • You act as project manager, representing Finance and evaluating Corporate/Vx projects and their impacts on trade routes or other intercompany processes: CSO model, Toll model, new trading partnerships, Multi-markets warehouses
  • You support actively the implementation, control and documentation of the new trading structures and the financial aspects related to trade routes
  • You participate to the maintenance of Interco Supply & Distribution agreements as well as provide support to the Legal team for trade routes related questions
  • You coordinate, maintain and control all Values for Customs for “free of charge” shipments in Vaccines to ensure alignment with Trade compliance. You ensure maintenance and proper use of Corporate tool
  • You lead the annual review of GSK Vaccines transfer prices in collaboration with Corporate Supply Chain Finance/Global Tax and the affiliates
  • You coordinate, maintain and control all Vx transfer prices (2000+) to GSK affiliates and Trading Partners, as well as support Global Vaccines Supply Chain Teams
  • You assist the Trade Compliance Manager on adhoc topics
Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a finance analyst (Transfer pricing methodology, Worldwide consolidation processes, Contract reading/interpretation
  • University degree in Management (Finance, Economics or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • In-depth knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Microsoft Office..)
  • Ability to interact/influence with various stakeholders in Vaccines Supply Chain, Corporate Trading Partners, Vaccines R&D, …
  • Ability to adopt a multidisciplinary approach and to integrate various competencies (Legal, Tax, Tech,…)
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexible thinking and influencing skill in order to optimize processes
  • Knowledge on the below areas is an asset:
