For one of our clients in Brussels, we are looking for a Technology Expert to task assignments within the context of Identity and Access Management components ,

Languages:ENG (mandatory) and Dutch/ French (Good to have)

Employment Type:Permanent or Freelance

Start date:ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Main activity – Architecture, design, implementation, support and operation of solutions in the field of IT security, more specifically identity and access management
  • Provision of expert advice and assistance on identity and access management related matters;
  • Participation in technical working groups;
  • Production of technical documents and studies

Requirements:

  • Java – Good and well-structured knowledge backed with practical experience of both the language and the platform (e.g. syntax and semantics of the Java language, APIs of the Java Development Kit, garbage collection strategies, memory spaces, class loaders, serialization, multi-threading);  Mockito – At least 4 years of experience
  • Java Enterprise – Good knowledge of Java Enterprise technologies (one or more application server platforms, common Java EE APIs, such as: Servlet;
  • JavaScript & JSP – at least 6 years of experience
  • Web concepts – Good understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services (SOAP and REST);
  • Oracle Weblogic Server – at least 2 years of experience
  • Backend development techniques – Good understanding of inheritance, polymorphism, SOLID principles, data types, concurrency, design patterns, unit testing; sound experience in Maven and Ant.
  • Python & Jython – at least 3 years of experience  Databases, directories and transactions – Good knowledge of RDBMS (SQL, ACID, XA) and/or directories (LDAP);
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Ability to integrate in an international/multi-cultural environment.

Additional Skills and Expertise:The candidate is expected to have one year of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Authentication and Authorisation
  • Cryptography
  • Web Security
