JOB DESCRIPTION


As per client’s request:

  • Experience in end-user assistance
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (English B2)
  • Experience in writing technical documentation
  • Experience in communicating with various stakeholders (orally and in writing)
  • Knowledge of Drupal 8
  • Experience with Wikis and a ticketing system (knowledge of JIRA would be an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies: browsers, URLs, DNS, CSS, HTML, Javascript...

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical annex:

Provides user guidance and support regarding the use of digital solutions to carry out their tasks
 Monitors service quality
 Devises and writes user documentation for information systems used by the contracting authority (e.g. Drupal, web analytics, etc.)
 Devises and provides training courses about information systems used by the contracting authority
 Coordinates the user assistance help desk
