Your Role
Are you interested in developing and managing international client’s portfolios ?
Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring growth and satisfication of your key accounts?
If so, we have an opportunity as a Key Account Manager for the Ground & Rail products of CEVA Logistics. You will be able to prioritize your projects do determine your own success in this role.
The location of the role would be in Braine L’Alleud with travel to Oosterhout, NL.
What will you do?
- Handle and develop the Product’s key accounts, providing continuous commercial support and follow-up;
- Analyze the needs of existing customers and promote additional services to meet their requirements;
- Proactively pursue new commercial opportunities by initiating and managing new projects, proposing solutions, and offering innovative ideas to customers in your portfolio;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department and business lines to gather technological and competitive intelligence, ensuring CEVA’s offers are aligned with market demands;
- Define market guidelines in line with CEVA’s commercial strategy, including setting development and billing objectives;
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, retention, and payment;
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), utilizing relevant data to make informed decisions;
- Update reporting tools and adjust action plans to monitor progress;
- Regularly track client actions, including volume, performance, quality, and profitability, and forecast future actions.

- You have experience in a similar commercial role
- You excel at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives;
- You have a strong ability to establish and nurture customer relationships, always striving to deliver customer-centric solutions;
- You are driven to achieve tangible and measurable results within specified deadlines;
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques and can effectively apply them in your role;
- You are skilled at leading negotiations using various techniques, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders;
- You utilize established procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and achieve objectives;
- It is a plus if you have understanding of the logistics/transportation/supply chain sector, including major players, competitors, and stakeholders.

- Monthly salary on 13.92 base (0.92 for holidays and 13th month in December)
- Lunch tickets : 8€ per work day with 1.09€ participation of the employee
