IT Recruitment Specialist - StaffYourTribe

As our company is growing, we are looking for a recruitment specialist to support us in attracting, selecting and supporting the best candidates for our varied client base of driven tech environments.

Location: Ghent (Ghelamco Arena) and/or Antwerp, combined with remote working.

As an IT recruiter, you will be a true detective: continuously aiming to extend candidate pools, while having access to our network (Tribe), tools, and resources.

Once you have spotted talents with potential, you get in touch and engage.

In-depth interviews will allow you to discover the candidate’s aspirations and interests and find the match to our client’s portfolio.

Your final target will be to guide the specialist through the whole process.

COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

· You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree and/or relevant experience.

· You are capable of handling multiple projects at the same time, and prioritize if needed. You are a go-getter.

· You are a team player and actively participate to create a positive tribe vibe. Flexibility, a positive mindset, and trust are second nature to you.

· You communicate in an open and transparent fashion and welcome feedback.

· You commit to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Building strong relationships is important to you.

· You are customer-oriented and have a high level of professionalism.

· As a recruiter, you stay updated on new topics in IT. Content matters to us.

· You write and speak Dutch (preferably mother tongue) and English fluently. French is a plus.
