Context:

For the development and production of cockpit displays (Kortrijk, 450p), collaboration between the many departments (R&D, project management, sales, ...) is strategic.

With long term projects and Avionics customers (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, Comac, etc.) we are a stable organization with stable turnover. (35 years)

To strengthen our growing team and step into the fascinating world of high-performance visualization solutions for a safer world ... We are currently looking for a:

Modern Workplace - MS Office 365 Application Engineer

With a strong focus on Office 365 and MS Teams but and with interest in other business applications. You will work in an international environment with a complex IT landscape.

  • Set up an intranet/sharepoint for the different teams (R&D, HR, Finance, Production, ...)
  • Roll-out MS Teams as collaboration tool (interface on SharePoint for chat, video, notes, ....) within each team and department
  • Governance: define the rules, structure and how to use Digital/modern Workplace tools
  • Training of + analyst for +support to the internal teams
  • Middle/Long term: Migrate, Automate (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Manage existing applications (legacy, CRM, MS Project, Salesforce, ....) to the new digital workplace/Office 365

Profile

  • Higher education in Information Technology or equivalent by experience
  • Experience with Office 365/Teams/SharePoint
  • Minimum of 3-5 or more years of experience in a similar role
