Responsibilities- You will build a strong direct and indirect customer base on the Belgian market
- You will convince new partners to choose for Axalta’s coatings
- You will advise direct clients, partners, architects and designers about the colour and technique of coatings
- You will align your sales strategy with your targets in consultation with the General Industrial Sales Manager Benelux
- You know the newest trends within the coatings industry
- You convert targeted marketing strategies into results
- You know what competitors do and how they work
- You will regularly get inspiration at the office in Lummen
- You take part in fairs, events and seminars together with our team
- At least a few years of relevant experience in a B2B sales environment
- The technical aspects of our products do not put you off
- Fluent in responding to creative ideas from your customers
- Proactive thinker and doer
- Determined to reach your targets
- Flexibility is not a problem for you
- Looking forward to being part of a close team
- Fuent in Dutch, English and preferably French
