We are reinforcing Our Tax & Legal practice within Deloitte in Zaventem with a Learning & Development Professional.

As a Learning & Development Professional you will play a key role in the design, organization and follow-up of training and learning activities. You connect closely to the business and support them in providing an adequate response to the learning & development needs of our people. You develop (new) learning forms and programs and, together with your colleagues, you assure that programs run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• You connect closely with business and learning stakeholders and with talent colleagues to analyze and understand current and future development needs of our practitioners, linked to the business strategy.
• You advise and support the learning stakeholders with best practices and innovative approaches in learning solutions. You search for the best methodologies for a varied training offer through blended learning, such as on-the-job training, e-learning, coaching and mentoring.
• You develop or optimize learning solutions in collaboration with internal and external facilitators, content experts and vendors. You advise on facilitation approach, learning impact and quality. You participate in various large and small projects.
• You follow up and analyse to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of learning interventions. You follow up on policies and programs, and optimize where possible. You support preparation and follow-up on the L&D-budget.
• You take care of operational management, maintenance and follow-up of projects in our learning management system (Totara).
  

Let’s talk about you

• You have a relevant higher degree, combined with at least 3 years of professional experience in L&D.
• You have a passion for learning and are well aware of new trends within the Learning & Development area.
• Together with good analytical and problem-solving skills, you think critically and dare to question existing practices.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are flexible to adapt easily to changing environments. You think out of the box and work in a proactive way.
• You show strong communication and consultative skills, allowing you to manage different (high level) stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you are a true team player, thriving on supporting the business and working together with your colleagues and different (high level) stakeholders.
• You have a sound professional knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French, and have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).
