The position holder will be a key person in the implementation and/or lifecycle of the LES (Laboratory Execution System) within the Quality Control laboratories. She/he will belong to the LES team that is in charge to set-up and maintain Master Data in the LES. The role is commonly called LES Admin. The project holder supports the co-creation of analytical method templates with the writers and laboratory subject matter experts, is responsible for fine-tuning templates in function of Local requirements and ensures lifecycle management of the templates.
Main tasks:
- The validation of the method in the system : load and configure in labware
- Process the validation step with the lab and QA to be sure taht all the requirement are ok for users
- Mainly configurations in the systems
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French and has a scientific background with strong technical ability with IT tools, management of databases used in a regulated environment and is used to manage ERP system. S(h)e has affinity with Excel, SAP, LIMS, ELN. Experience with Labware is a must. Knowledge of GMP is a plus.
