Embark on an international adventure with us! As a maintenance technician at our location in Molenstede (Belgium), you’ll play a key role in installing and maintaining custom-made cable and wire processing machines for our high-end clients worldwide. These machines are not just ordered; they are a testament to craftsmanship that they personally inspect and install at the customer’s location. Your experience in mechanics and electricity, especially your strong mechanical skills, will be invaluable.

  • When a customer needs assistance, we start with telephone support. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, that’s when you step in.
  • On-site with the customer, you’ll not only install the machine but also provide thorough training. All of this with fine mechanics, no dirty work for you.
  • You’ll work with high-end customers, so each installation is a critical moment requiring precision and expertise.
  • Enjoy a tour, attend events, or dine out in the city during your customer visits.
  • Often you’ll work alongside a local colleague, making communication easier and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Experience in a similar role is a must, with a strong emphasis on mechanics and interventions abroad.
  • You’re willing to travel internationally for about 30% to 40% of your time, to destinations such as China, Mexico, Philippines, Czech Republic, Germany, India, USA, and more!
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with a preference for mechanics.
  • You have the finesse to tackle problems analytically.
  • Fluent in English, as you will be representing our company to international clients.
  • A positive and self-assured demeanor that reassures and keeps customers satisfied.
