A corporate company in Ottignies is seeking a proactive and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team for a mission of three months. This role involves supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in a dynamic environment. The focus will mainly be on Purchase Orders. You will work closely with a team of five, supporting them with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Flexibility and the ability to manage last-minute changes are key to success in this role. We are looking for someone who can be immediately available.

Responsibilities As Management Assistant

  • Managing Purchase Orders (knowledge of SAP/Coupa is essential)
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and small events
  • Daily coordination with the CHRO
  • Handling confidential data with utmost discretion

Profile Of Ideal Management Assistant

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in SAP and Coupa systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and French
