Your impact

As an EPM Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Being responsible of providing top-quality deliverables to clients

  • Demonstrating a keen interest in CFOs’ agendas and how they’re impacted by current trends in technology and the global economy

  • Analyzing the business needs of different clients and translating it to the right technology solutions & requirements

  • Bridging the gap between IT and business using analytics and (intelligent) automation tools to assess processes, define requirements and provide data-driven recommendations

  • Being part of a great team delivering various projects end-to-end including technical implementation covering different use cases (finance and beyond) using modern cloud based solutions

  • Developing finance models in different areas including costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting (Incl. testing & providing training)

  • Delivering projects by supporting the implementation of one of the following EPM technology solutions: Anaplan, Board, OneStream, Tagetik etc.

  • Rolling out new EPM tool processes across client landscapes

In case you’re applying for a Manager role, you’ll be involved in:

  • Coaching junior model builders people on and off the job & being the key point of contact for our clients during projects

About you

  • You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration , Economics or Computer science

  • You have a hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions, BI/analytics, Robotics or AI solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Board, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI,...)

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

  • You have a true team spirit and you are eager to work in a client-focused, quality-driven environment

  • You can demonstrate willingness to take ownership (i.e. key project deliverables or day-to-day tasks in your current role).

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Any other language is an asset

  • You can demonstrate working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following areas: accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting

  • Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, cost reduction, etc. is an asset

  • Consulting exposure is a plus but not a requirement
