We are looking for a people analytics manager to strengthen our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Deloitte’s people analytics offering to the market, with a special focus on HR Reporting and analytics tooling. It is your mission to help companies scale their people analytics efforts by advising and guiding clients end-2-end, from choosing the right analytical tools to achieving powerful insights.
As a Senior Manager you will:

• Be responsible for shaping and selling the Deloitte offering on HR Reporting and Analytics implementation and advisory trajectories at key clients
• Manage a team of consultants in realizing multiple compelling client projects
• Set up an international collaboration structure with other Deloitte entities to ensure adequate delivery capabilities on client projects (incl. off- and nearshoring)
• Monitor the market to stay up-to-date on the landscape of HR reporting & analytics tooling
• Build out an eminence status on People Analytics on social media, with a specific focus on scaling the People Analytics practice based on a solid technological foundation
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients on best practices and market trends in People Analytics
• Bring a depth of understanding on how the analysis of complex organizational and people data unlocks insights that directly address talent challenges and business objectives
• Shape, lead and implement effective strategic analytical projects across a variety of HR and people domains
• Effectively engage with our clients in such a way that the data/insights result in improved decision-making and enhanced business outcomes
• Lead, develop, and grow the team by setting clear directions and acting as a true coach to our team members
  

Let’s Talk About You
Your profile

• You have 7-10 years of experience in the data & analytics domain, in BI (Business Intelligence) and/or Advanced Analytics/AI. Experience in the HR domain is a plus.
• You have proven experience in managing BI/analytics teams and/or projects
• You have a good understanding of the various aspects that come into play when setting up BI/analytics teams and/or projects (e.g. typical roles, typical processes, etc.)
• You are familiar with the various aspects of a typical BI/dashboarding implementation
• You are familiar with the stages of an advanced analytics project
• You are familiar with or want to dig yourself into typical HR & people topics that will form the subject of the insights you are bringing to the clients
• You enjoy advocating the added value of data insights to a senior audience
• You master data & insights storytelling
• You can easily build strong relations with (senior) clients and colleagues, both on the business side as well as the IT side.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
