The incumbent will be part of the American Tourister European Marketing Team.

He/she will fully support the General Manager and the American Tourister Team by providing operative and strategic professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the monthly reporting package and other reports to support business decisions.
  • Gathers information and conducts analysis on sales, market and consumer trends.
  • Coordinates showroom and salesmen samples.
  • Initiates and follows all needed steps for new product launches in close collaboration with the Product Marketing team: Salesmen samples ordering and distribution, pricing, product photography, sales sheets, collateral, …
  • Preparation of appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gives support to the Communications Manager on e.g. the following matters: catalogues, flyers, POS projects, photoshoots, digital content, …
  • Adapts artwork for multiple purposes, incl. collateral/hangtags.
  • Be a primary contact for the local offices with respect to samples, pricing, sales and communication tools.
  • Provides any other general administrative support to the American Tourister Department.

Applicants should ideally:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication. First work experience in marketing and communication is appreciated.
  • Have enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have solid numerical and analytical skills.
  • Have very good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate good InDesign, Photoshop skills, and video editing knowledge.
  • Be proficient in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages being a clear advantage.
  • Drive to work in a multi-faceted environment and not shy to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Continuously pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and changing priorities.
  • Be self-confident, independent, and very well organized.
  • Be an enthusiastic team member.
  • Act as an ambassador of the brand.
