To strengthen our growth strategy through digital sales globally, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager for the Portable Air Division.


Mission

The Marketing Communication Manager will develop and lead our content marketing strategy to meet the company’s growth plan. This person will lead all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. You will be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution.

Job description

  • Content marketing:

You are a strategic advisor when it comes to creating and implementing content marketing strategies that connect to our global audience. You will work with your direct report, the communication and marketing team members, and our customer centers globally to:


  • Build, maintain, and communicate
    • Product launch plans and track the deliverables and milestones
    • A rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience with focus on applications, solutions, and value driven content creation.
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels. This person must understand the best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Management of all creative resources including team members, designers, writers, and other agency personnel
  • Integration of content programs with campaigns to drive demand.
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.

  • Digital communication:

You have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution. You will work with your direct report/s, the communication and marketing team members, and our customer centers globally to:

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to understand the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Propose new and improved inbound and outbound campaign ideas and identify key customer needs and pain points in marketing channels
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that address critical customer needs with the end goal of increasing customer engagement and conversion using the Outbound channel and leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our marketing activities (offline and online) generates leads and identify critical improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement communication processes and tools to support our Customer Centers to grow their business in a sustainable profitable way

Knowledge and Experience requirements

  • Proven successes and working experience in content marketing strategy, product launches and lead generation through digital sales
  • Experience in B2B customers buying journey
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience of managing work programs and projects, and developing briefs, plans and procedures
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Educational requirements

Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Business.
