One of our clients, a fully integrated communications consultancy, is looking for a part-time office assistant.

Your role:
  • You will be the face of the business as you greet visitors, arrange internal and external meetings, and handle incoming calls whilst completing administrative tasks;
  • You will book travel arrangements and provide support to our finance & HR teams.
  • You will be based in Brussels but will be in regular contact with our operations in London, Paris and Berlin..

Your profile

  • You have a similar experience in an international environment;
  • You have an excellent level of French and English;
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office;
  • You have excellent interpersonal, customer service and diplomatic skills;
  • You have good time management skills.
