Job Purpose


As a Permanent Placement consultant at ManpowerGroup, you get the opportunity to build your own business.

Within the dynamic and challenging market of HR Services, you will be responsible for developing business with a commercial savviness and a thorough understanding of the value proposition of ManpowerGroup. You will have a 360° role in offering permanent placements, making you an invaluable partner for both companies wanting to hire as well as talented people looking for the right job.


Job Description:


Main tasks / responsibilities


Commercial activities:


  • You analyse, identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • By asking the right questions, you analyse the clients needs, define the service delivery, negotiate pricing and conclude all by contract.
  • Developing the right strategy, you ensure the recruitment process from A to Z until the contract signature between the customer and the candidate.
  • Once the candidate has started, you follow up on the integration and good adaptation of the candidate in his new professional environment, at least for the duration of the guaranty period.
  • As a clear communicator, you ensure all parties are alligned.

Candidates activities:


  • Sourcing, selection, interviews and recruitments of candidates within legal and ethical context.
  • Positions ManpowerGroup and its specialized HR services as “employer of choice” in a professional way, showing subject matter expertise on a “consultancy” level.
  • You coach your candidates correctly by giving him deep information about the job description, context and customer’s environment.
  • Developing good insight of salary benchmarks, you negotiate the right salary packages according to the positions you are hiring for.

Team’s activities:


  • Share candidates and opportunities with the team to achieve team goals and priorities. As part of ManpowerGroup, you will also share candidates or opportunities with the other divisions of the group.
  • Being part of a team, you provide backup services for colleagues where needed.
  • Executes the required admin processes (Carerix, invoicing, timesheets etc….) in sync with our admin cell to allow maximum focus on the core business processes.
  • Delivers KPI reporting of activities as requested.

Candidate Profile:


Requirements: knowledge - Ability to -Profile


    • You have a Bachelor / Master degree level or equivalent through experience in a relevant domain (subject matter expertise in your specialty or in the world of HR services)
  • You love a challenge and get energized by targets, using them as a way to get curious on how to improve and monitor your effectiveness.
  • Building excellent relationships comes natural to you, you love a service approach and thrive on building a strategic network.
  • You are capable of discussing thought leadership insights on the world of work with clients.
    • Excellence in at least 2 of the following languages NL / FR / ENG, operational knowledge of the 3rd language in the multilingual Experis environment.
    • You are a real sales: farmer and hunter and you are stress resistant
    • You love challenges and your sales target are a good reason to wake up every morning.
    • You are mature and you are able to hold conversations on C-level (consultative level in verbal, presentation-related and written communications)
    • You are results oriented with good management of time and priorities.
