What you’ll do

Within the Agile Way Of Working, the candidate will join a squad composed of mixed business and technical profiles. Process Engineers play there a central role to facilitate the link between business and IT and bring structure to support our change initiatives (vision, process flow, procedures).
During Business As Usual, process engineers keep looking for efficiency and intervene to solve problems at the root cause.

Next to knowledge of Invest business domain and related products, BPM expertise and ability to drive and facilitate initiatives will be important to be successful with this mission.
  • Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
  • Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS / TO BE)
  • Reviewing and updating existing processes taking into account the customer, efficiency and risks
  • Process documentation
  • Document management

Who we’re looking for

  • Good written and spoken communication skills in FRENCH, DUTCHandENGLISH
  • Bachelor or master degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
  • Good expertise in MS Office (ppt, xls)
  • Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
  • Good understanding of work flow processes
  • Business experience in Invest domain
  • Preferable experience inBNPPF, reporting and dashboarding
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
  • Structured approach
  • Able to work independently
  • Accuracy and precision
  • Quality-minded and eye for detail
  • Goal-oriented
  • Stakeholders management
