Product Compliance Manager

Function


As Product Compliance Manager you are responsible for the TVH Parts reputation and integrity in terms of product conformity.
You identify, name and analyze possible compliance requirements and risks as well as their impact on the company and stakeholders.



Your core responsibilities:


  • Designing, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that product compliance is maintained and/or enhanced;
  • Collecting, evaluating and monitoring all relevant legal information to determine the applicability of the compliance requirements;
  • Building and implementing a compliance knowledge base in order to provide compliance advice to the business units and staff with a specific focus on product;
  • Formulating responses and advice to internal and external stakeholders to the product compliance policies and procedures and acting as a SPOC for questions or issues concerning product compliance;
  • Training the TVH Parts staff members in order to explain and train the compliance requirements applicable in their day to day work;
  • Developing and implementing a product compliance cross functional communication and escalation procedure;

Profile


  • Master degree ( Law, Business Science/Engineering,..) or equivalent by experience;
  • + 7 years experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch, good knowledge of French;
  • Extensive knowledge of product regulation, REACH, ISO standards;
  • Strong communication skills and a drive to continuously improve;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to maintain a helicopter view;
  • Proven experience with the functioning of operational processes / procedures.
