Division

Product Management is looking for an experienced and skilled all-round product manager to contribute to the launch and/or development of Exchange Traded Products (ETFs, ETNs, ETCs) - one of the key pillars of FundsPlace.

Your part of the deal

We are now recruiting a product manager reporting to Head of ETFs and Sustainable Finance; accountable to support Euroclear senior management to continuously grow the ETF product revenues of the company, develop the product toward competitive excellence and bring it the next level by integrating ESG services.

You will:

  • Be or become a product manager expert with a deep understanding ETF.
  • Take responsibility for a combination of relationships and projects.
  • Work in close collaboration with a variety of internal counterparts: network, commercial, legal, risk and operations, and you will have a leading role in aligning and coordinating between the various stakeholders in order to ensure a successful delivery in line.
  • Continuously monitor the service delivery by our providers/partners (TA agents, Common Dep, trading venue, CCPs…) as well as proactively monitor and understand any market changes and their impacts on EBs service offering and risk profile.
  • Support the enhancement of the product offering in order to answer market needs and remain competitive.
  • Contribute to the ESG strategy through your daily work with issuers, as ESG becomes an inevitable feature of newly created ETFs
  • Develop strong operational relationship with ETF issuers, TA agents, CCPs, trading venues, Market Makers and Prime Brokers.
  • Help organize/coordinate ETF issuers working group and follow-up with bilateral meetings.
  • be responsible, as the Euroclear service models develop, for making sure that the client facing documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support to PSS and Relationship Managers in selling ETF to targeted clients for example by providing adequate marketing
    material, articulating the correct strategic positioning of the product.
Qualifications


Your Profile

  • Business degree or equivalent experience
  • High level of autonomy, outstanding management project, strong attention to detail
  • Good relationship management skills, strong team spirit
  • Experiences in Common Dep, primary market issuance and Fund Industry is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English
