We are hiring a Project manager for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As Project manager you will be responsible for:

• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings;
• Give proposals for project strategies, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control;
• Manage the implementation of information systems in view to effectively identify requirements and to meet identified business needs;
• Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.

• At least 2 years with one agile software development methodology; 2
• At least 2 years with Atlassian Jira;
• At least 1 year with one wireframing tool (for instance, Atlassian Balsamiq Wireframes …) to visualize UI ideas; 4
• At least 2 years with modelling tools (for instance Enterprise Architect, JDeveloper, Visio).

The following are considered as additional assets:

• Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL;
• Basic knowledge in the development of Java and/or Angular web applications; 3
• Knowledge of IT Service management tools.
