Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. We are seeking a highly experienced Single-Use Project Manager to join our team. This initiative involves the design and implementation of a 100% single-use equipment GMP factory. This role is pivotal to achieving our flexible and agile process adaptation goals, transitioning from traditional stainless steel equipment to single-use systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coordination: Lead detailed design studies and ensure strategic delivery of single-use systems from design to handover to operations.
  • Project Execution: Develop planning and cost estimates for single-use systems, and partner with engineering firms to ensure successful delivery and qualification.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical anchor, focusing on project delivery and supporting single-use specification, delivery, and qualification activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient project progress.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Write specifications, assist with commissioning documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP regulations and safety requirements.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical companies, with significant experience in single-use systems and large-scale EPCM projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in single-use systems within GMP environments, particularly in sterile and aseptic areas. Proficient in downstream bio-process equipment and media buffer production equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, solution-oriented, with strong communication skills. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; French is a plus.
