Master degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in customer oriented environment (Sales Support, Customer Service, Order desk)- Experience in leading, managing and deploying integration programs/ projects
- Hands-on personality, with a positive attitude and thrives to work within a stressful & dynamic environment
- Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and shown ability to lead and inspire individuals, teams and organizations
- Capability to meet deadlines and ability to report on Project progress
- Strong communicator, English full professional proficiency
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device industry
- Strong and in-depth knowledge on Project Management, Transformation Management, SAP, BPO and Lean Sigma
- Culturally sensitive, results driven, hands-on, excellent team player, self-starter and balanced mature personality

You are responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs
- Ensure the successful execution of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
- Monitor Programme reporting and assist in reporting to Senior Management.
- Establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management
- Manage and compile Programme related financial and KPI information
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects
- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking services across the Sales Support organization. Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting
- Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
- Ensure the appropriate programme benefits are identified, quantified and their realisation planned
- Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
- Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged
