Our client, a global leader in life sciences, currently have an opportunity for an IT Supervisor/ Coordinator who’s main objective will be to stabilize the IT service delivery at the site by mainly coordinating with global IT functions and/or service providers. Additionally you will be responsible for managing continuous improvement projects and support the transition of the IT service delivery to the next level.

As a frontrunner in this sector, they are leveraging state of the art technology, research and clinical insights to shape and advance the provision of unmet medical needs.

Your profile:
  • Experience within service provideing on workplace & IT infrastructure topics.
  • Experience with leading projects and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of computer operating, software and other systems.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, network and storage).
  • Monitoring systems & service operations and make recommendations as needed.
  • Supervise IT staff and training.
