We’re looking for a talented

Resource Planner

to join our

Internal Firm Services

department

as part of our

Project Management Office

team.

What you’ll learn and do

You are the single point of contact for all planning and resource requests.

You work in close collaboration with the Team leaders, Business requesters and Project Managers

You provide insights into the department’s overall resource capacity and report upon availability and potential bottlenecks

You moderate conflicts and escalations with respect to resource management and prioritize where needed

You monitor the utilization of resources and perform solid white space management

You build reports providing clear oversight of resource management KPI’s

Critical, analytical mind, client-oriented and an especially good communicator

Keen to continue learning and developing

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English
